The idea is very nice, but there's too little frames there and it looks buggy.
How to fix it? Well here's an quick drawing i made:

1. The last sprite of super_punch
After this one the move just ends. And that's wrong. That's why we add 2-4:
2. After the kick his leg starts to fall
3. Continues falling, body starts to rise
4. Back to normal standing.
The drawing shows only ''about'' what it should be, and that's kinda like how i would make it :/

Good, since it just a gif. it looks a little stupid, but in game he will move forward instead of backward.

Nice. But again, something to fix:
-The sand effect:
It appears from ground, and goes back to ground D: that's bad, it should be like: Appears from ground and vanishes to air (1,2,3,4)
-What happens after hitting the ground:
Enemy just lies on ground and you just stand there. How it should be: Your opponent flies from the hit and you go back but not fly.

youtube works normaly but today dont know why it doesnt
