but if you mean... 2^8-1 = 2 ^7 then it is.. 1111111

Dome is in fact RIGHT, Phil you are miscalculated extreme. I mean, if 2^1 is 10, then 2^2 is 100 and so on...

the materia reacts with air (oxygen). this often causes the materia to become unstable and change its color.

not always, oxidation is when something loses electrons, whether it's to oxygen or not.
that is, its oxidation number increases.
