well, if the fall value thingy is between 60 and 69 the enemy DoP's (lol)
a punch deals 20 fall points, a slash 30
so a) would be:
20 + 30 = 50 < 60 fail.
b)
20 + 30 + 30 = 80 > 70 fail.
c)
20 + 20 + 30 = 70 fail, too.

Item Stealer: Use it to steal one item from a person on the scoreboard who has more points than you.

damn, i only remember mario and luigi in there :P
but the style of the sprites were from partners in time or bowsers inside story. considering the fact that bowsers inside story wasnt released back then, it has to be a character from partners in time.
