ok then I note this battle as given up (-3) and will put noir in next round.
Will he fight in general or just not this tournament? the majority decided that it's ok to replace fighters with new ones in first round:

well, whatever, you're here, dragonac is not, he'll get warnpoints for every day he's not there now, if he dont reayct untill friday he'll be a quitter.

i am online EVERY DAY in ICQ, EVERYTIME i am at home.
if u believe it or not: i am working most of the day...
and i am also in hamachi most time i am online...
and i never saw nelo...
to get warning points for this would prove, that u are not really experienced in leading tournaments...
