For a jump attack i'll maybe make him a small tornado that freezes or make a backflip and hit with legs. I'll see what i can do.

Does he have a combo move or not?
If so, would it be possible to allow a keypress (i.e. A) finish it with a freezing effect or (i.e. J) blow the opponent away?

here is a right one for punches (the anotherone was for shoots). 90° rotation punch inspired by goku (yeah, i was a DB fan too). you can download and use it as basic if you like.
