I think you need to learn to place the cape on the correct place. You can remove the cape from the face. It looks bad. The hair on the 2nd one is very dusty, I like the 3rd one though.

You make some details to stand out more than other.
Like armour plate which black outline stand out most and which disturbs to look at other details, you should learn how outline works.
Cape looks like sheet of metal, give it some movement make it like real cape, not metal one.

dan the blade looks like a piece of aluminium. Try to give the inside part of the cape dark compared to the outer part. ;)
