Of coarse Julian does the exact same Upper-cut
You used his upper-cut???
I couldn't do that so i had to stick witha base (such as template) -_-

Julian has such a big Body i couldn't reduce to make much sence out of it...

wow, great work dude!
some sprites are a little blurry, and the running-with-heavy-weapon sprites look funny because the top half has just been pasted over the running feet

i reckon yinyin would be proud

yeah that's a good idea because he is like a fusion of him similar effect with frezze and firen.
