The shading at his crotch area make it look like his butt is on the front, you should probably shade it like this

You should move his buttons more to the right because it looks like his body is facing the player, and his head looking in an uncomfortable position. His left arm looks longer than his right

the legs look very jointed together but it is a good sprite with good colors and
good shading.
