I'm back! For one or two days.
And I see Dr. Time's avatar is Misery from Cave Story, and that Lauli is either obsessed with that creature in his last post, or just likes posting that specific pic for no reason.
And yes, I fail at making jokes. I know that. I'm not Captain Jack Sparrow, because the rum is gone. Why's the rum gone?

I get easily distracted, I already tried. It ended up turning into a book in which I planned Little Fighter 2 characters that I'd try to make, although they are a bit way too advanced. What kind of character would have more than 12 special moves and a transformation ability?

I didn't even know there was a frame limit.

One of them has two forms.
Chris Handschuhklinge is a fighter with two swords. He also has control over ice and fire. He seems a bit overpowered, but his powerful moves drain a lot of MP.
MOVES:
- Rail Slash (D^J): Chris flips backwards, spinning around like a wheel, knocking foes hit towards him as well. The moment he lands, his attack ends.
- Aerial Ace (D^A): Chris flips forwards, and lands on the ground. Then he leaps forward, swinging both of his swords.
- Elemental Slash (D>A): An attack that changes element depending on which button is pressed. Pressing attack will make Chris do a burning attack with his left sword. Pressing jump will make him do a freezing attack with his right sword. Pressing the block button, or not pressing any, will result in him doing a normal attack.
- Energy Beam (DvJ): Chris charges a beam of energy in his hands, then fires it towards his foes.
- Frozen Fire Slash (D>J): Chris rolls forwards then suddenly strikes upwards with both his swords, burning and freezing his foes, which will result in heavy damage. However, Chris will be reduced to 0 MP because of this attack's power.
- Dangerous Dual Blade Attack (DvA + A...): Chris combines both of his swords and throws it. It spins around him, doing damage, and will return to his hands after either it has gone around him a fourth time or until the Attack button is no longer pressed.
- Pyroclasm (DJA + J): Chris throws his right sword to a foe. Then he throws his left sword at a faster speed, which will collide with the other sword and cause an explosion. Then Chris' swords return to him.
- Icy Cataclysm (DJA + A): Chris throws his left sword to an enemy. Then he throws his right sword at a faster speed, which will collide with the other sword. This will result in an explosion that freezes Chris' foes, then his swords return to him.
Shaun Engiabo is a teenager who is skilled at controlling ice and using a sword. He also has two forms - normal and Super Inhuman form.
Also, for some reason, I keep forgetting that there's a difference between my name and Shaun, because I almost posted it with my name instead of the correct name.
MOVES:
- Frozenken Slash (D>A + A...): Shaun swings his sword, creating energy disks that freeze his foes.
- Ice Combo (D > J + A): Shaun swings his sword upwards, knocking the foe up. Then he does an overhead attack, knocking the foe downwards. After that, he spins around in a half-circle and leaps upward, doing another uppercut that knocks the foe upwards.
- Ice Dart (D ^ A + A...): Shaun fires darts of ice towards his foes.
- Icicle Slash (D v A + A): Shaun stabs the ground with his sword, causing icicles to appear. Pressing attack will make him stab the ground behind him, causing more to appear.
- Frost Slash (D v J): Shaun swings his sword upwards. Pressing jump will make him leap to the foe, and allow him to use a leap attack that knocks his foe down to the ground.
- Green Ember Slash (D ^ J): Shaun leaps upwards, then plunges his sword into the ground, making a green pattern appear on the ground. Foes in this pattern will be sent flying taking a large amount of damage, however, this also drains a lot of Shaun's MP.
- Chill Slash (D > J + J): Shaun swings his sword upwards, then does an overhead attack, then he stabs at his foe, before firing three Ice Darts from his sword.
- Frozen Tornado Slash (D > J + D + A...): Shaun spins around, cutting foes with his sword. At the end of it, if Attack is not pressed, he will do a leaping uppercut attack.
- Frozenken (D > A + J): Pressing Jump while Shaun is using Frozenken Slash will result in him firing a beam of ice at his foes. This attack continuously drains MP.
- Victory Pose (DJA + wait): Waiting after pressing DJA will make Shaun do a victory pose.
- Kick of Pain (DJA + J): Shaun kicks his foe in the stomach, making them dance in pain and easy to grab.
- Blade Throw (DJA + D): Shaun throws his sword to his enemy. Pressing Jump will trigger Bladestorm, which will result in the sword stopping in mid-air, then creating several slashes around it before teleporting to Shaun's hand. This move is similar to the Level 3 Blade of Cave Story, in case anyone was wondering.
- Super Inhuman Form (DJA + A): Shaun transforms into Super Inhuman form. His clothing and eyes turn entirely green while his hair turns a darker shade of brown. Part of his hair is hanging in front of his right eye. Shaun's MP will continuously be drained as long as he is in Super Inhuman form, although it takes a long time.
MOVES:
- Frost Palm (D > A + A...): Shaun fires a blast of wind at his foes that chill them to the bone.
- Frozenken (D > A J): Shaun fires a powerful beam of ice at his foes. This move infinitely drains MP.
- Chaosbane (D v A): Shaun swings his sword upwards, then lowers it, then stabs forward, before using a Frost Palm. Pressing J at the last moment of Frost Palm in this move will result in Chaosbane Neos being triggered - Shaun will then teleport to behind the enemy and leap at it, before swinging his sword and firing a beam of ice at his foe. This beam will drain MP endlessly, but it is weaker than the Frozenken.
- Whirlwind (D^A + A + A): Shaun spins around rapidly, creating a tornado. The second one paralyzes foes, while the third one freezes them. The first one does no damage but sends the foe flying around. Whee~ :P
- Flying Stab (D > J A): Shaun stabs his foe before swinging his sword upwards.
- Colder Slash (D > J D): Shaun leaps up and swings his sword, then lands and stabs his foe, freezing it.
- Ice Dart (D ^ J + J...): Shaun fires ice darts at his foe. Pressing A will make Shaun teleport to behind the enemy and fire another one, resulting in Double Ice Dart. These darts will freeze foes.
- Teleportation (D v J): Shaun teleports to his foes if Attack is pressed, or to his friends if Defend is pressed. He will teleport upwards when Jump is pressed, allowing him to do an attack from above. He won't teleport if nothing is pressed, though.
- Victory Pose (DJA + wait): Shaun makes a victory pose.
- Ice Aura (DJA + A...): Shaun creates an icy aura around him that restores his HP and MP, although his MP takes longer to replenish.
- Circle Palm (DJA + J): Shaun fires bursts of wind around him, knocking away everyone - friend or foe. This move does zero damage and do not freeze anyone.
- Revert from SI Form (DJA + D): Shaun returns to his Normal Inhuman form. This move is automatically triggered when Shaun's MP reaches 0.
PS:
I added the key combos just in case I actually do get around to making these characters and it is possible to have more than 13 moves.

its not possible to go above the frame limit and it will never be,unless you use another game engine altogether but if you do that it will not be counted as LF2 :P but chris is possible to make;there isn't really anything fancy in his moves(data wise)
