Standing still - goes into a frame that doesn't exist
D>A - creates a homing ice flame that is forever homing. This can freeze yourself due to state 18.
D>J - Leaves a trail of homing icicles
DvJ - +500 HP and a bit of mana.
D^J - Spawn something that keeps creating 5+ explosions. Will kill yourself unless you used DvJ.
The name is derived from "Firen" - replace "Fire" with "Ice".
If you like his work, you may enjoy Ice King(Freizen clone) and tyou(Henry clone).
