Nope, totally CGI would be BS. This one seems really nice to me, though a bit of enhancement in the CGI to make it a bit more 'realistic' would be totally aesthetic!
The trailer looks really promising though, definitely something that's going into my to-watch list for now.

Also, it wouldn't be anything like LOTR if it was full CG. Atleast, that's my opinion.
