1. There are two factions: Town & Mafia. Their goal is to kill all members of the opposing faction.
   • Town wins with all Mafia lynched.
     
   • Mafia wins with all Town killed.
     (Mafia auto-wins if at least 50% of remaining players are Mafia because Town would effectively lose their ability to lynch)
2. The Mafia are outnumbered, but they know each other. However, the Townfolk do not know each other.
   
3. The game rotates between phases - Day & Night, beginning with Night 0.
   
4. Day:
   • All players will vote for one person to be lynched.
     
   • The person with the most votes will be lynched at the end of the day.
     
   • Players may vote not to lynch, but must explicitly state so.
     
   • In the event of a tie, one of the tied persons will be randomly lynched.
     
   • Failure to explicitly vote for a person or no-lynch will result in a voting a random player to be lynched.
     
   • After a successful lynch (or no lynch), the game proceeds to Night phase.
5. Night:
   • Mafia members must each PM the Game Master, indicating whether they wish to kill one person in the night, and if so on whom. The person with the most votes shall be killed.
     
   • Doctor & Cop must PM the Game Master, indicating whether they wish to use their ability, and if so on whom.
     
   • Please state your Role & Night phase in the PM title. eg: "Trapper - Night 2"
     
   • Failure to PM the Game Master within an allotted time will result in no night action being taken.
     
   • The game proceeds to Day phase once all PMs have been received.
6. Death:
   • When a player is lynched or killed, his role & alignment will be publicly revealed to everyone.
     
   • Dead players are no longer allowed to participate among the living players; no discussion, voting, using abilities etc.
     
   • Final last words immediately after death that do not reveal information such as "Meh.." are permitted.
7. Roles:
   • Citizen: Town. No special ability.
     
   • Cop: Town. Every night, the Cop can check one player's alignment. If he survives the night, he will receive the result "Town" or "Mafia". Checks against the Godfather are inaccurate.
     
   • Doctor: Town. Every night, the Doctor can save one player's life(including himself), preventing him from being night-killed by Mafia. No one except the medic knows who survived.
     
   • Mafia Goon: Mafia. No special ability.
     
   • Godfather: Mafia. When checked by the Cop, he returns the "Town" result instead.

1. Public Discussion on this thread is allowed both Day & Night.
   
2. Town players are NOT allowed to privately converse with any other player. All discussions must take place in the thread.
   
3. Mafia players are allowed to privately converse with each other as long as they are alive, and ONLY with each other.
   
4. Dead players cannot discuss with other players who are still participating. They are of course, free to privately speak to other dead players.
   
5. Please do NOT delete your own posts. It is not fair for only moderators to be able to see them.
   
6. Avoid editing posts to contain completely different information from the original. Players are encouraged to quote the player they are replying to.
   
7. Do NOT post screenshots or quote messages that are supposedly from the Game Master.
   
8. Breaking any of these rules will result in an individual punishment that usually ends up being really bad for the faction of the player that cheated.
   
9. The Game Master can force a deadline if a phase is taking too long to end.
   
10. The Game Master's word is final.
