Good evening, my friends, I'm Brazilian, pardon me for the bad English because I'm using Google. Good c'mon there!
I am editing a version of our beloved game and would like to know if anyone can help me to create a launcher or if there is any program that creates default templates.

I believe you mean how to make a setup program for your LF2 mod. Give self-extracting archives a try.
