Deciding on a exe - Boop - 09-27-2008

As most of you know, the normal exe that comes with lf2 forces you to turn numlock on. Marti released an exe with numlock not forcefully on ( found here http://littlefighter.com/lf2_v20_no_numlock.zip ). The exes are quite different, so which one are we going to use as the "base" for all exe mods?

Personally, I think the no numlock one should be used... Even if some n00bs will come and say "it wont work!3sdfg436t245" because they didn't bother to read and find out that they need that exe :p.

Um, why is that so?

I never heard of that befoar

At any rate, the one without would be better, if it could be on though. (I always have it on.)

It doesn't disable numlock, just doesn't forcefully keep it on. (Use the normal exe, and then try to turn it off, it automatically turns on... magic)

...yes, I had that problem already...
not terribly bad if you use a computer but some laptops have integrated numpads which makes it rather hard to type...

so i can´t under stand, which exe is now better (for modifing)?
isn´t the exe data of lf2 2.0 same as lf2 1.9c ?
ok , for otherwise hex , and ads and updates and so , but the numlock!

Actually, they are quite different. Just for example, some changes from 1.9c to 2.0:
- ads implemented
- bg images in the main screen
- survival mode
- recording feature

These are just a few changes but probably the most obvious ones.
And then, there are two 2.0s, one that keeps the numlock always on, and one that let's you decide to keep it on or off.
