I have made a new Julian without cape, other hairstyle and smaller.

its actually not that bad
nice work
you should make his eyes as bright as before though
and the back of his head (by which i mean his hair), you should have the spikes of hair going in the sort-of same direction as the hairs on top of his head
all pointing up
i reckon he would be an AWESOME minion
thats what he looks like, not the boss really
maybe you should also give him a new stance?

I myself like it - the glow in the eyes... sure it could be more bright, but this looks like his son or so, so the glow might get lighter during his live
(and the evil inside grows...)

yea, I'd add some more brightness to his eyes, then he'd be perfect as some sort of character between Justin and Julian. An evil guy stronger than Justin but weaker than Julian. Maybe with little Soulbombs? :P

The sprite is VERY good, you can add a "light" on the eyes. The eyes is very darkness. :B
