well..
I'm pretty much a newbie in this whole sprite stuff...
and I tried doing something interesting..

good, but there is red on blue parts, it doesn't fit there...4.9/5
face pic... bad. 2.5/5 you should make face colors fit to other parts

hmm, let's get this commented :P
The neck in the face pic looks kinda... big, and in the sprites there is no neck at all. Also, the neck has a slightly different color than the face and the ear which looks totally lost in the face. In the sprites you can still see some red pixels from Firen.
No offense, but I think, you should go over it again...

The angle of the hair is also wierd. It's too much towards the face... If you have GIMP (or PhotoShop I suppose) you can change the angle to something more fitting...

The neck skin color is differ from the face, and the hair is weird. 4/10
Sprites are cool, but theres red dots on it: 7/10

ehrm not for bad but
the neck and the face color doesnt fit together
if your neck is at this position its kinda strange if your face is looking at THIS direction
and the background color is... weird
