maybe a good idea... but i kno what most of the members especially cirno will say... "we have the irc-chat, we don't need more"
i like the idea but it will a hard way to make it happen.

Chat Box would be on general forum`s site. On down on home. Everyone would go down and write. Always someone would be online.
