did you try it in game? since you use black it might be you get some empty spacves in the spritesheet

Hmm... Perhaps you should start giving the skins something special, that still fits? A different outfit or pattern, for example.

His eye-brows have some transparent pixels.
And btw. changes like that are done in 30 seconds. Sorry, but i think it is not worth to post "normal" skins.
You should try to create new "styles" or outfits for the chars and not just a little color change.

Recoloring is something (as good as) everybody can do. There's nothing really special with that.
You could try giving him a stick or something like that. Would be something neat to do.

he changed the skin only
