New Ball Type - WoodySmasher - 04-14-2009
If you wanna a make a ball with an average ball property and a state:3006 or state:3005 property you can put the state you want it in the first hitting,hit and rebounding frames. I don't know the reason behind it so can you help me out? :confused:
