400th post!
Hullo all
a while ago i made a BG called 'Epic battle', but it wasnt too popular because of it wasnt very Lf2 style.
So, BP and i remade it and here is the result!

scrolling: no
features: the ground will cover itself in flames every so often, making it more fun
Comments from authors: We both had fun making this, and it took about 3 days to make. Dont look into the bg.dat if you want to keep your insanity. Probably one of the funnest Bg's ive ever played on.

I looked at the data (sorry about that).
I finally got the trick you guys used. But won't it be easier if you opoint/facing: 10 with action: 60 in the check.dat instead of action: 50?
Most important, did that cow just wink to me???
MAJOR EDIT: How the hell can you make the weapon only fall in that BG and not others? I can only figured out how to make flame recently appear and chase you for a while but not that. >.<'

Didn't look into the files, but I know the result is great anyway.
Except for:
-I love the effect, but I'm a little unsure about the fire itself. I think it's spawned a little too high, but it might as well just be me
-I don't know which .dat is the one, but I tend to see certain shadows (in other backgrounds) for way too long.
Sound effect... Nice. Dramatic, dark, 'low'. Maybe a little too quiet, but it works out well as a background-sound.
Hey, can you guys include your background into the Forum Mod?
