well my chidori is not working the running part is fine but then when the itr/kind 3 hits it doesn't catch properly

Welcome to the first unofficial Naruto-forum which is disguised as Little Fighter Empire, the Official Fansite of Little Fighter 2 which has about nothing to do with Naruto except that there are a few mods dealing with that anime; this means, that there are quite many people that are not familiar with the matter of Naruto because they joined the Little Fighter Empire forums in order to learn more about Little Fighter.
tl;dr: I don't know what a Chidori is nor do I want to know it.
And now concerning your problem:
try to remove vaction and/or decrease.

it isn't its my own i didn't even download your sasuke
i noe you made one on this forum but i didn't download it and im making this for a mod o and blue pheniox it is basiically a move similar to shishi rendan that headstrong had a problem with (i read to much tread and barely post)
but its like a punch which slices trough your opponent kinda
