transparency effect question - vandesdelca - 06-12-2009 lol, even at this thread i ask something, not showing work, sry ![]() i just want to know how to make a transparency effect on a sprite, not only trans-parent on the char, but also transparent to everything while played in LF2 like transparent to the BG, enemy, object, and etc. sry if its not clear enough, my english is kinda bad, can't describe it perfectly. RE: transparency effect question - naruto hyuuga - 06-12-2009 so you mean you want your char to have 50% transerancy (any more or less takes alot of calculation) RE: transparency effect question - vandesdelca - 06-12-2009 i've a tool that can set transparency, but if it was played on LF2 the pic is kinda mix with black, not transparent. RE: transparency effect question - Ramond - 06-12-2009 LF2 itself doesn't feature real transparency. 2 workarounds: 1) for half-opacity, choose one pixel in your sprite and make every second pixel transparent 2) try to get transparency with Silva's newly released Post Processing stuff I can't help you further RE: transparency effect question - Bamboori - 06-12-2009 you can try my transparency-filter (click it^^) RE: transparency effect question - Scorpion - 06-12-2009 If you mean semi transparent like this: ![]() look at this: http://www.lf-empire.de/lfev9/en/lf2-empire/graphics/graphic-tutorials/74-transparent-pictures |
