well, i'll start with the good:
-the uppercut looks nice
now to the bad: (lol)
-many of his moves are copied
-the recolor is not the best
-you claimed other sprites (and data probably too) as your own
-you have to replace the old woody (not too bad cause you can change it easily :P)
all in all:
if all ideas where by you, I'd look over the not-so-good sprites. but since they are not, i have to say that this char looks like a 5-minute-work, sry
