well it looks a bit weird the shading is wrong head is too big hair does'nt look same as the face-pic the face-pic is not that bad.and take someone other than template as base because the legs look weird that way.

That was my style . I like a big styled hair , I made a walking sprite but it's kinda ugly + weird
