[solved] Giving the Armour Status - Gardivor - 05-11-2008 How do you give a character armour like knight, julian, and louis. i checked the states like 1-1000 and its not on any of those  RE: Giving the Armour Status - cooper - 05-11-2008 well i dont know much but tri playing battel mode one time and you will under stand. you can add armour on to characters. i have been playing this game for years ok bye RE: Giving the Armour Status - Lauli - 05-11-2008 This has been asked pretty often... Basically it's not the state, but the ID of the character. RE: Giving the Armour Status - Hypermodder - 05-11-2008 ->Id: 6 for armor lv.1, id: 37 for armor lv.2 and id: 52 for armor lv.3 RE: Giving the Armour Status - Lauli - 05-11-2008 -> armor lv. 1 = one hit taken, not resistant against fire/ice, doesn't apply in all frames, iron-armour sound is played when hit armor lv. 2 = two hit taken, not reistant against fire/ice, applys in all frames, iron-armour sound is played when hit armor lv. 3 = two hit taken, resistant against fire/ice, applys in all frames, defend sound is payed when hit If I remember correctly. But I wouldn't use ID's from the first place on. I'd try to resemble an armour with state: 7 (defend state). You can use state: 7 in the walking frames for instance, or every other frames (But don't use state: 7 where a special frame should be - except in the walking frames). RE: Giving the Armour Status - Hypermodder - 05-11-2008 hmmm... state 7 in the walking frames...lets see... EDIT: Well, It makes the walking realy lame. lets try out wait: 1 in case of this! EDIT: Ok, works! RE: Giving the Armour Status - Gardivor - 05-11-2008 oh, so does this mean i can only give armour to three characters? RE: Giving the Armour Status - Silverthorn - 05-11-2008 Yes and no, depending on your DCing skills. Check out YinYin's Julio for a study example, he's an (I believe) id-unrelated armor. But just do that if you already have pretty good basics. |
