Ok, since BP is back now we decided to change the moderators - since Noir is inactive since a long time and nobody can contact him or knows where he is his status is set to VIP.
Phil that he's a good mod in stories, so he's global moderator now, same with ES and Zab.

Actually Noir is on MSN frequently but I never talk to him...
