the dja when u're frozen i think should be allowed coz then the other guy can just hit u again (your rules are kinda strict =\, but i agree on the davis D^A thingy, it's cheap).

should actually make a list of rules, and then make them with checkboxes, and then a person selects the ones he wants, and then clicks "submit" and then a page is generated with the list of selected rules, and then they can just c+p to the opponent, and they decide whether they agree on the rules or not. if not then they negotiate.

The may be strict to use, but it adds more balance to the game you know.
low HP Davis can use the fast MP Regeneration to spam dragon punches on you, which does massive damage is cheap in a way, too fast and too strong if i would say.
Henry has the cheapest of all characters, since even julian cant do anything when he abuses Sonata.
XD at least Firzen, Julian, and LouisEX are banned, because i play as Louis-main, Bat-second, John-third.
So, you guys should have advantages since i play with one of the worst Chars in it, But im not a noob with him. I like his fighting style, kinda like Lui-Kang from Mortal Kombat and Captain Falcon, just slow.
