state request: similar to state 4 - Bamboori - 09-23-2009
well, basicly i want this for the possibility of charging attacks for jumping chars. (hope you understand :P )
basically it should be just like state 4, just that it does'nt "jump" and that attack leads to another frame. if its possible, it would be very cool if the holding-button-thingy would also work for jump and defend.
i hope silva isnt killing me for that ^^"

yea, its a very cool idea though, but hopefully glorious lordsilva would done this for us
