Well, I recently watched the movie "The Number 23".
I decided to find a few "coincidences" and come up with a few:
- My post number 23 was in a thread with 3 posts, and 2 of them werent by me.
- There are 2 Little Fighter games. 3 When you count in Little Fighter Online.
- In "Lord of The Rings The Two Towers" On Helms Deep Gimli says: "Hey Legolas, 2 already." and then Legolas answers "Im on 17."
Thats 15 more than 2 and 15+17=32, 23 reversed.
- Im user number 284.
28+4=32, 23 reversed.
- Maximum number of options in a poll is 21. The default is 2.
21+2=23.

You took the month number as whole but you splitted up the year.
Actually it would be
9+1+1+2+0+0+1= 14...

'OK' looks like a little man on his side!
...
K is 11th in the alphabet.
O is 15th.
15 + 11 = 26
The most common number there is one.
26 - 1 = 25
There is two letters involved in 'OK'.
26 - 2 = 23

Which means, 23 is 42 - ? .
4-1=3, so 23 is 32.

18+14=32, 18+1+4=23 and 14+1+8=23.
You are allowed to split the numbers up in any way you want.
Just another thing:
1+1=2.
But some has proven 1+1 to equal 3.
2 and 3 -> 23

323 is 323 backwards.
And 323 is 323 backwards.
An infinite loop. Thus 23 x infinity.
This explains the infinite number of 23 occurrences.
This explains the enigma itself.
