What is a split post? - MnM - 03-24-2010 hey guys i jst went through the disosal section what is a [split]? i don reall get it. I also see the thread really surviving in forum but the splitted one is in the disposal. What actually it is? Like that one 0.0 . Sorry Elias for using urs :d RE: What is a split post? - Reaper - 03-24-2010 Split means that a part of a thread( one or more posts) considered spam or whatever was moved to the disposal by a mod( "split" from the original thread). As they aren't connected to the thread itself anymore, they become a new thread in the disposal. If a complete thread gets trashed, it isn't split from the rest( because there is no rest), thus the [split] doesn't appear.
