Yeh, it's a thread in the VIP-section.
Two theories that I have how you got there.
1) manually entering the url.
2) hitting the "« Next Oldest | Next Newest »"-stuff at the bottom of each thread.
Chances are high that there is a third option that I cannot think of right now.

third option is that he forgot to clear his cache and still had some old setting which were there when BP (yea that phoenix) fixed the overview.

erm, overview has nothing to do with the rights of seing VIP Forum...
but since this is not a bug (you`re simply not allowed to see the thread) and I dont care how you got to the link (no offence) it`s solved for me...
