i encountered this thing. Hmm 2 overviews.... it happens ony sometime... then it vanishes. Again sometimes i get to the index it appears... wierd.

He means that may not the website is bugged, but your browser causes that problem.

So why don't you care to tell us what browser you're using, and which specific settings you're using. Or if you've tried clearing your cookies/cache/something already.

ramond is totally right. clear ur cache, ur cookies,etc. then "test" for a while and report back.

I myself have not experienced anything like that since the overview has been added to LFE; which was at least a year ago.
It is very likely that, as mentioned by others, it is related to your computer. However, I'm interested in how this bug is caused. Does it appear randomly or with a certain pattern. Does refreshing of the page help? Or clearing cookies/cache?

hm, i see you use LFEv2 theme - i checked out the index and the overview is only loaded once in there - so the only way you can get this kind of bug is with a strange cache loading bug. If you reload it it will not appear again - so the cache clearing is probably the solution.
Suggestion: Use the tool CCleaner if it still appear...
