About the stars - waterchainsawman - 07-21-2010

Like title says. I searched the whole forum for explainations on how to get stars and what do they mean, but I haven't found anything.
Is there a topic that explains about what does the colors green, yellow or red means, and what do they do?

It's all based on the number of posts you make (excluding forum games)

Please, as a standard user, refrain from writing things like this. It is received as "backseat modding" which is generally frowned upon, because you're acting like a mod while you aren't and quasi "steal" a mod's "work" (not directly work but you know what I mean... what else are mods there for?).

(and seriously, it's hardly the easiest answer, it's not like those stars are on every forum)

@Topic: The stars themselves don't have any valuable meaning, it's just to see on first glance how active the user is or how long he's been around already (and posted).
And the rankings, yes, they've been discussed before, but I can't recall where or when.

I swear on my eucalyptus leaves that was not the case for all the time I've been here.
IE, I'm saying that it does (I think) change from time to time.

I do think they were changes somewhere in the forums (recent) history, but I'm not sure. That doesn't matter anyway.
