Surprise... - Ramond - 06-29-2008 Hai Guys some of you older members sure do remember my LF2 Flash movies. I had 2 parts up, the 3rd one was put on ice a loong time ago (maybe a year and longer?). Shortly after that long time ago (maybe a month?) I decided to do another LF2 sprite movie from beginning, without any plot (it might still change) or something. But even this project was cancelled maybe 2 months after I started. ...so today I found that latest parody in its unreleased state (meaning I actually never released it yet, but it's not finished by far). I'm thinking about continuing it, but I need some feedback... Now that I look at that movie, it seems not that good. But at the time I did it I thought it was pretty good. I know I gotta do changes. I'm up-/downloading at the moment (I lost my old FTP sign-in and password, then created a new account, then suddenly I remembered again and it worked), so I'm transfering it to my new page. In the meantime you may check out the first two LF2 flash movies (and some other stuff) on my homepage: http://mitglied.lycos.de/visaymon/indexramon.htm or alternatively http://mitglied.lycos.de/jrkstudios/ Downloading is at 7% now. EDIT: By the way. There is another LF2 movie which is not linked to from anywhere on the page. Here's the Link: http://mitglied.lycos.de/visaymon/ramon/LF2%20Killing%20Game%20Quickie.swf Oh, and no loading screens in those movies. Ah well, there is one in the newest parody... lol I was a pretty n00b in Flash back then... heh... EDIT: Finally uploaded. Here: http://mitglied.lycos.de/visaymon/ramon/lf2parodydemo.swf EDIT (again): Gah, boundary problems. >.< Can't fix that now. RE: Surprise... - dazzapizza - 07-04-2008 awesome! What do u use to make them. Pacman is always hungri. RE: Surprise... - MH-Razen - 07-04-2008 http://mitglied.lycos.de/visaymon/ramon/LF2%20Killing%20Game%20Quickie.swf Definitly like this movie since all guys I know are in there ![]() RE: Surprise... - dazzapizza - 07-05-2008 i've noticed soemthing, people don't use shadows if they make their own movie and not just record it from LF2 while playing. RE: Surprise... - Megatron - 07-05-2008 Haha, laste is very crazy ![]() RE: Surprise... - Ramond - 07-05-2008 dazzapizza Wrote:i've noticed soemthing, people don't use shadows if they make their own movie and not just record it from LF2 while playing. ![]() Although now I know they are very helpful in seeing where exactly the chars are at (the perspective is important...). @dazzapizza: Macromedia Flash, of course. Any idea why they're called 'Flash' movies? ![]() Nah. Well, I'm using Macromedia Flash 8 for those Flash movies. 98,5% of the movies I'm doing fbf (frame by frame), I'm only tweening complete screen motions (like fade in/out or screen scrolling). RE: Surprise... - dazzapizza - 07-05-2008 hehe I make movies out of powerpoint so I use shadows to set where my character is so if he walks he doesn't like wobble and when he runs he runs straight. |
