1. it is not allowed to create threads with advertising of your own webby, use your sig for it, that should do it.
2. You should care more about credits on your side, you didnt use any and the descriptions are trash:

Actually I saw he also used downloads stored on littfighter.biz and lf2-global.com and I doubt he asked there. If somebody can inform the admins there - do so.
EDIT: Wow, looks like there`s more - Simon told me that he`s illegally uploading movies in his website and provides access to several full versions of other software like windows 7 etc. Actually I didnt care about this part, but that`s illegal...
