I don't know all of these characters. But I'll help you a little.
See which move is similar to an original move. Looking at the names given for Feson's moves, I think they are similar to Davis'. JulianEX's moves seem very similar to Julian's (ID 52)
See which inputs are used (Feson could be using Davis' ID (I think it's 11?), because the inputs are the same). But it won't work properly if the moves are way diffirent than Davis'. Iceman could use Freeze's or Firen's ID.
I don't know about the 3 last ones. I think it's best to try some yourself.. Or maybe other people got the answer for you.
