I was wondering if it is possible to create in attack that will box in an enemy but allow him to move within the box but cant escape unless it is destroyed.

Use ITR kind: 14 on the sides of the box.

Nope, that won't work fully... you can escape itr/kind:14 by rowing. And COMs tend to row sometimes ^^
Though, if you combine the itr/kind:14 with a normal kind 0 (two itr's), you can add a wall and a knockback-effect.
This would result in enemies rowing through the wall will get hit and bounced back into.
