Use an image uploading website e.g Tinypic and Imageshack,press the upload button,use the [IMG] tags and voila,your done.

Means:
You can't upload files into LFE posts directly.
Instead, you upload them to imagesharing hosts (like www.tinypic.com or others) and then use
