I think I'll help the little guy:
Face (Click to View)
Sheet_0 (Click to View)
Sheet_1 (Click to View)
Sheet_2 (Click to View)
Ball (Click to View)
Firesword (Click to View)
As you can all see that this character is a combination of Freeze and Firen,the sprites look quite okay,but the idea is not that original.
I have not tried it yet so I can not say.

Sorry i bet that even when he launches that fire/ice ball, it doesn´t matter which one will hit, enemy will always be hit by normal fire/ice ball that has unnormal sprites.
Or i´m i wrong and this is little better char?
And or those pics really in JPG?

Nice, but you should not use a red-coloured Freeze's sword as a fire sword. It just looks more like some kind of pink crystal. I'd say draw a new sword.
