It's a mod combining the regular LF2 with the mod LF3.
Thus LF2.5.
So yeah, it's a mod.

well obviously the creators of lf2 were marti and starsky wong
but there is also a mod called lf2.5
it has some new or modded characters (you can probably find a few on the mainsite, like Volt), a modded exe allowing for the F keys to be used in stage mode
i dont remember who the makers were...

It just contains some moves of Ce LF2 v.02 beta. I used that mod to learn DC my first experiences with DC were wth this mod so I should be thanksful to this mod.

As electric shock said it has some CE_Davis,dennis,woody,john etc.Those characters have some moves from CE.
