Hi, everyone. I don't want to start a war, but some users rate others negatively, I mean, PM him and tell him\her that he did something wrong + don't do something like that again. Give him\her some chances, or at least, rate them neutral.
(This thread is to remind users + newcomers NOT to let others feel down, and to remind what NOIR said before)

I might actually start rating people negatively now...
Seriously though. What is the point of a neutral rating anyway, why would you even bother rating them at all if you are going to cause no impact at all on a rating which already has no impact. It's like double pointless.

Actually, negative is useless. It has no impact on the reputation of the user. Rather thna giving neutrals, give them warnings they act same like neutrals. I think he started this thread after seeing kushagrajaink's reputation. To make things clear:
HE IS A LIAR. HE SAYS ABUSIVE HIMSELF AND THEN TELLS THAT WE ARE SAYING ABUSIVE. WTF

Of course why not. but its their choice. So let it be as it is. And it is not a little mistake. He could have got into a 30% warning if he posted abusive.

Maybe the best thing would be to disable the rep system for newcomers.
How about this: you can rate other people only if you have 3+ reputation (or something). Could this be done?
