char looks nice and all... but what concerned mundvoll do you think its a smart move to make a new char and u just got started on ur first (vince)... am just saying dont get mad..

Shakin' from cold?
U need at least 4 frames to make it look clear:
1. Body goes up 1 pixel, arms stay down
2. Body stays up, arms go up 1 pixel
3. Body goes down 1 pixel, arms stay up
4. Body stays down, arms go down 1 pixel

downloaded and slowed down the gif
U did like this:
1st frame: body low arms low
2nd frame: body high arms low
3rd frame: body low arms high
4th frame: body low arms low
should be:
1st frame: body low arms low
2nd frame: body high arms low
3rd frame: body high arms high
2nd frame: body low arms high

only cause of the hands in the pockets of course.
You can always try a unique standing style if you can't get it to look good. instead of breathing he could do some stanceishness idk
