Harle is away I guess. He has some issues with his legs, and he's in hospital.

He's the one who made broly and buu - which were awesome even if blurred too much. It was his style

as far as I know he hasn't finished freeza, but i remember him sending me some sprites of it (that i havent saved as far as I know)...I recently contacted him again, but it is very unlikely to see him returning as he seems busy with real life...
in addition freeza was quite far away from highest priority on his to-do-list as he was also working on a Barret Wallace from Final Fantasy 7 / Sephiroth from Final Fantasy 7 & Thor from Marvel Comics (he made some great progress on Thor & Sephiroth iirc)
