those frames aren't used in lf2. they were probably planned, but cancelled

But if you do want to use it I'm pretty sure you can - for dash defend anyway.
For Dash Defend, just add the same state as the one used in defend, I think it's state 7.
As for tired just increase the wait, so the characters stuck in the frame for a while.
