If you want some ideas,you need to tell us what kind of character is this.We need to know something about him.
well,to know how to put images here,is not a big problem:
First you upload the image with one of them http://www.lf-empire.de/forum/showthread.php?tid=2119 or as an attachment in this forum (but the limit is 10mb).Then copy image URL,by pressing the right button of mouse and click on "copy image URL" (example: URL of your image is: "http://www.lf-empire.de/forum/attachment.php?aid=2551").Then when you are posting,you click on button which says "insert image" (when you put the mouse on it) and there you paste the imageURL.Or you write [img] imageURL [/img].

I think the sprites need quite some improvement. However, you're probably just starting so it's only natural that you start off with editing existing sprites in paint. I can see you really want to make your own character, but you will have to learn a lot about spriting (and data changing). I recommend looking up some tutorials in the spriting section, you will find them to be very helpful if you take time to practise.
