I have been trying to compose musics hundreds of times but most of them are too lame to even be listened to (so they stay in my hidden folder :S ).
But then here are the two successful musics :P though I still feel dirty notes in some moments. And somehow I can only compose 'minor' musics (I mean with minor chords). Doesn't mean minor is worse than major in any way, it somehow causes my musics to sound a bit sad
so they might not fit well to LF2 
.But still, this one might fit for Henry

to me first sound better,my taste goes to that,but how about changing piano place with 2nd flute?
2nd theme is bi sad to me,but 1st fit better.

Hmm nooo then it becomes sonata of death xD la si do... re mi...
Hmm the flute doesn't do really well for low notes (is it called 'low'? xD in my language it does.. the sound with low frequency),
I prefer the one with piano (changing it changes the feel of the music a lot xD flute does good but I think piano sounds better) This is when I change it to flute.
And yeah, the 2nd theme just don't fit anywhere in LF2 :P . I don't understand how the pros can compose so complicated musics xD . The sounds just usually not fit to each other lool.

You know, this is the music that would perfectly fit into an RPG. Seriously. If you have a chance to work on an RPG-like game, add these two.
As for LF2-it needs something more agressive, considering that, after all, the main goal is to knock out everybody else. Some screaming guitars, drums, quick beat. Stuff like that. If you have a good tune down, underline it with additional tracks (f.e.: the main melody is being played with an overdrive guitar, then it's backed up by drums. A bass adds additional depth to it and some synthie-sounds might give that extra-punch needed (can be interpreted as pun or not
)). That is, of course, just my personal POV. I'd certainly like to hear more stuff from you .gif ";)")

1st one: henry plays for his friends he lost in battle. he is standing on a cliff, in teh background you see the sun rising over thousands of corpses...
2nd one: general town music id say, maybe a church. though later it rather changes to a theme that could be played in the (holy) woods
btw, did you use a midi editor? if not, what did you use?

Hmm, yeah, actually it's too quiet.
O man, I've had the feeling, but I don't have the word! All I say is it doesn't fit. XD .
You know, like the touhou background musics, ooooooo I really want to be able to make some of these kinds xD (if you like LF2, I suggest you to play Touhou 9 POFV xD ). Composing music is becoming my hobby.. even when it fails, I still enjoy it. But I can only do this when I got the idea (and many times I forgot my idea and it never returns)

. I feel flute is good but I couldn't find any reason for it, lolSo far there are some faster beat musics but they all are epic fails, but I have never used drums... omg yeah drums... I will try it later, sure it's important..

@Bamboori yes I used Music Masterworks --> it's like writing block notes. I use the pirated version, but it works perfectly, lol (but it just lags every time I put a new note ! maybe I need to search a better software). In the original version, you get 35 days trial, but if you change your calendar back, you will get back these days of trial, so the trial limit never runs out (even works after the limit has run out, LOL)

As a musician, I can say, the 'low flute' in the first one sounds horrible. Remove it please, it doesn't even serve any purpose (except crappy bass, and that one doesn't really need bass for my tastes). I know you said that already, I just wanted to emphasize.
Although I like the ideas. They're simple, yet very catchy. I've heard a somewhat similar melody to the second one's start, anything inspired you while you were making it?
I am just curious about your musical education... Would you be so kind and tell me?
Like, what instruments do you play, how much you've been playing and how did you learn them.
