Graphic Novel - Dreaming a Siren - LutiChris - 05-14-2012

I have been working on a graphic novel for over two months now. So far I only have 12 pieces to go by. When the school year is over, i will probably abandon the 18x24 in paper and rely on my cg skills for future works. I hope you all enjoy this.

It certainly confusing to read a graphic novel =P. Nice and creative one. Would take ages for me to sketch so much stuffs or maybe use patterns =0.

well it certainly does take a while, takes roughly ~6-8 hours for each peice, and that also varies...

This is pure awesomness. I was expecting this from the moment i saw your signature. Who knows how much time you spent on this.

Whoa, this is great great great!!!
Loved "reading" it! It takes some time to get what's happening, but that's what makes it awesome! Lot's of interpretation and thinking to understand the storyline.

And even though your drawing style is perfect to emphasize the abstract events in the graphic novel, I think you sometimes take it a little too far with arranging and "blending" panels. It's nice to have these effects, but for example in 7 and 11 they are slightly exageratted and generally hinder the reading-flow a little.

Thank you for noticing that, I'll try to avoid that next time.
Once Again, thank you guys for taking a look @ story so far...
I should probably have the last two pieces done by next week
and then i'll start on the 2nd volume next month...

~Hope, this is something i don't actually get lazy on this time^^
