Hey, looks like it is almost fine. The position of his right leg is a bit weird if you want to position his legs then position both of his legs in that particular direction. Keep on improving!

Hey, kashif listen, please stop making those, its realy awful, sorry, but its truth.
Just try to learn basic thing.
Proportions.
Shaping.
Light source.
Patern shading.
Shape shading.
Because you need to learn it.
Draw stickman, on that stickman draw figures which would resemble human parts, then start to draw humna, later shade him like he should be.
