It looks pretty similar to that picture. The character's name is GodHC i think.

no godhc is a character made by the same person but its not the same character
Havoc_Creator he made a few and i downloaded some of his characters but i was unable to find a download link for haru glory

siegvar is another name Havoc_Creator uses
all his accounts are not in use since 2008

Havoc_Creator is my old nickname. I've stopped using that for about 5+ years now. As for Haru Glory, I'm glad you enjoyed the character, but unfortunately I no longer have the files for him.
If you enjoyed GodHC, Sharpe, or Tiger, might I recommend trying Frozen, a character I completed more recently?

Again, my apologies for being unable to help you out with getting the character Haru Glory. Game4Fans is the last place I am aware of that still kept links or files of my old character. Maybe I should consider setting up a small site to keep my current creations alive for future players.
