Are you sure he doesn't do the move DJA (cannon) or does he just take very long before he uses cannon? Did you put hit_ja: 280 on frame 110(defend)?

So you're saying the game cannot load?
-> Does it say something like "Couldn't find bitmap dennis_0.bmp"?
Or are you saying that the Cannon doesn't shoot anything?
-> On frame 287, you used opoint oid: 600, action: 2. Check your data.txt, did you include a ball data as id: 600 type: 3?

Next time, please use "WinRAR" or "WinZip" to compress everything into one folder. I had a hard time downloading every individual thing.
I found the problems you have with your character.
1) BMP File Location is wrong

You put "bat_cannon2" instead of "TK_cannon2", and there is no such file. Please check the sprite location for all your files; TK_ball also has the same problem. That's why LF2 cannot load.
2) TK_ball and TK_chase have the same ID. If its the same ID, only the first one on data.txt will be used.
3) DvJ has no sprites. This is because you didn't include the "w: 79 h: 79 row: 10 col: 7" line. I also checked your TK_cannon.bmp sprites, and it doesn't follow a grid, so it'd create a lot of sprite problems. Here's a tutorial you'd need, download the grid.
